Job Details:
AFC Tool has a toolmaker position available for a strong candidate with experience leading & building jobs and processing details. Must be able to understand build & detail prints, delegate work through departments, machine and assemble jobs to print within specs, work with and coordinate with managers. Experience with all types of materials including super alloys and exotics.

Requirements for a Toolmaker:

• Minimum 5 years' experience building and managing complete projects.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Machining a variety of materials mild steel, tool steels, plastics, alum, and exotic super alloys.
• Advanced blueprint and assemble prints.
• Work toward continuous improvement of processes and operations to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain good housekeeping and preventative maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• Work one on one with managers and department leaders on work instructions and processes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team-work environment.
