RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. Mentor and support junior developers and peers at offshore
Implement best practices for data governance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of data services.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of IT experience. Experience in RPA development using UiPath
Location for this position is Arizona. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area.

Strong knowledge of architecting, designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Ui Path software
Good in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, creating workflows, developing and configuring BOTs using Ui Path
Demonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with UiPath is a must.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
