Job Description

Alpha Dog Firearms in Tempe, AZ is looking for a social media manager. We are located at 107 E. Baseline Rd, #A2. Our ideal candidate is someone who can grow a brand and drive sales, be creative, and have a high level of understanding on all social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) YouTube, Rumble, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Only Fans (NOT WHAT YOU ARE THINKING!) TruthSocial, Parler, and more.

This a Part-Time position with an hourly salary of $20 to start.

Responsibilities

Qualified applicants are responsible for developing and executing a strategy to manage Alpha Dog Firearms online presence across various social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, analyzing performance data, monitoring trends, and collaborating to build brand awareness online. 

Our key objective for all social media outlets is to be monetized among all platforms.

Key job duties of a social media manager include:

Content creation and curation:

Generating engaging content like text, images, videos, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines for different social media platforms. 

Content calendar planning:

Scheduling posts across various platforms in advance to maintain consistent brand visibility. 

Community engagement:

Responding to comments, messages, and mentions from followers, fostering interactions and building relationships. 

Social media analytics:

Track key metrics like impressions, reach, engagement, and conversions to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, and get monetized.

Trend monitoring:

Staying updated on emerging social media trends and incorporating them into strategy. 

Campaign development and execution:

Creating and managing social media marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals like lead generation, product promotion, and monetization.

Competitor analysis:

Monitoring competitor activity on social media to identify opportunities and stay ahead. 

Reporting and analysis:

Providing insights and data-driven reports to owner and management regarding social media performance. 

Collaboration with other teams:

Working with sales to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. 

Crisis management:

Responding to negative feedback or issues on social media in a timely and professional manner. 

Skills needed for a social media manager:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and visual design sense
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles
