About the Role:

Are you a people person with a knack for building relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we're looking for you!

As a Leasing Agent at Resource Property Group, you'll be the face of our community, providing exceptional customer service to both potential and current residents in Athens and Gainesville, GA. You'll be responsible for everything from welcoming visitors to closing leases, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all. We have 3 properties in Athens, GA as well as 400+ properties in the N. GA and Gainesville Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Leasing:
• Actively seek out and engage with potential residents through various channels, including in-person, phone, and online.
• Conduct informative property tours, highlighting unique features and benefits.
• Process applications, verify income and credit, and adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
• Close leases and collect necessary documentation.
• Resident Relations:
• Build strong relationships with current residents.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Organize and host community events to foster a sense of belonging.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
• Prepare lease paperwork and other necessary documentation.
• Utilize property management software to track key metrics and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. required.
• Bi-Lingual a plus!
• **CAM or REAL ESTATE LICENSE Preferred**
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, follow-up and project management skiss are essential.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media and Google Suite.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly and outgoing demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Driven: A drive for excellence and willing to work hard to meet leasing and service goals.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
