We are committed to delivering the highest standards in cleaning services, and I am looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to help us shine brighter!

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing standard, deep, and move-in/out cleaning services.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, sanitizing, scrubbing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning.
• Perform additional tasks, such as cleaning inside appliances and windows.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience needed, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Independent and detail oriented.
• Must be reliable and have physical stamina.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary ($15/hr. to start on day-one! with raises and promotions of up to $20/hr.) + tips and bonuses.
• Ability to earn more based on performance and experience.
• Periodic bonuses to reward your hard work and dedication.
• Mileage paid for certain scheduled jobs if you are required to drive.
• Earn tips which are paid out every two-weeks.
