What will your compensation be?: $16.00 per hour
When does this adventure begin?: This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season!
What will you do in this job?:
• Be the communication link between the kitchen a nd the front of the house staff
• Expedite food from the pick-up window on trays ready f or the front of the house staff
• Work efficiently with standardized recipes and presentations
• Ensure outgoing food is presentable to guests
• Proper use and handling of food and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in food prep and other back of house duties, including dishwashing as needed.
• Set up station for the shift
• Follow and complete prep list each day
• Maintain standard par stocks
• Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required - we are happy to train!
• Be physically active for duration of shift including walking, standing, bending, carrying, lifting, and stair climbing.
• W ork- ethic and commitment to the team and guest experience is key
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Be organized with a g reat eye for detail
• Be kind to others and always bring your best
• Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
