Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Door to Door Canvassers to join our Knock to Close campaign. This role is perfect for motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a passion for renewable energy and direct sales. As a canvasser, you will be on the front lines, generating appointments and driving sales through face-to-face interactions with potential customers in the Hillsborough area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Canvassing: Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy.
- Appointment Setting: Generate and schedule appointments for our sales team, aiming to close deals on the spot.
- Reporting: Provide nightly reports on your progress and participate in daily meetings, either in-person or virtually.
- Outdoor Work: Spend a minimum of 5 hours daily canvassing outdoors, including Saturdays.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solar experience, particularly in door-to-door sales.
- Skills: Strong people skills, a positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset are essential.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
