Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a multinational healthcare company. They are headquartered in Illinois and primarily focuses on products to treat chronic and acute medical conditions. They are seeking a Business Analyst with Software Development and cloud product exposure to join their team in Bellevue, Washington.

The Sr. Principal Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to product software and process development, including development of requirements, testing plans and process documents. Products include cloud-based software used to facilitate ambulatory cardiac monitoring and reporting.



Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with key stakeholders such as Product Management, the IDTF, Customer Experience, Finance and IT ensures that their needs are analyzed and clearly specified

• Ability to translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements / technical specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team

• Ability to support the technical team with preparation of documents for regulatory compliance to the FDA and other global standards

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Extensive experience on projects for software engineering and IT with a customer facing product focus

• Attend daily standups and stakeholder meetings to align on requirements, address concerns, and share updates with cross-functional teams (Product Management, IT, Finance, etc.)
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams
• Create process models, specifications, and work instructions to guide development and improve team efficiency.
• Define and execute testing plans to identify functionality or data issues before implementation, collaborating with QA teams
• Participate in strategic decision-making, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to teams on product development and regulatory compliance

Business Analyst Requirements:

• Healthcare and/or medical device experience is preferred

• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

• Driven by the transcendent purpose that your work directly helps others

• Must be collaborative, but able to make and hold decisions
