Job Description

As our AP Agent, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to our vendors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work with a dynamic team in the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

  • Process and code invoices with high accuracy
  • Manage weekly and monthly check runs
  • Handle ACH payments with precision
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Manage petty cash and related documentation

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Sharp attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple company accounts with accuracy
  • Self-motivation and team collaboration skills

Physical Requirements:

  • 6-8 hours: Sitting
